General manager Chris Bennett said money raised would be donated to the Red Cross Bushfire Appeal.
"People will be able to feel the green beneath their feet and the wind in their hair," Mr Bennett said.
"All green fees will be donated to the appeal, plus proceeds from the raffle and the barbeque."
Bowls coordinator Paul O'Donnell said it was important to help out the communities devastated by the fires.
"We were going to have the barefoot days anyway, so we thought we would turn them into a fundraiser," he said.
"We know there have been bowls clubs caught up in the fires. The Mallacoota Bowls Club survived, the green was damaged but the clubroom was saved.
"We have had players from (fire-affected areas) come here to play over the years, and we have travelled up there to play.
"We just want to get in and give them a hand."
People are asked to book with the Warrnambool Bowls Club to help with the catering. Equipment and training will be provided. Play will start at 1pm on Sunday, January 12 and 19, with live music from 4pm.
