Minister for Training and Skills Gayle Tierney said the new learning and library hub was on track for delivery and students and community members would soon benefit from the facilities.
"We're proud to be investing more than $17 million to modernise South West TAFE so that all local students have access to a great local TAFE," she said.
Warrnambool mayor Tony Herbert said the learning and library hub would be a welcome and inclusive place for all.
