Place's top-ranked side faces fourth-positioned Cobden at Cobden Recreation Reserve.
The Bulls' three-time division one premiership player said he had fond memories of achieving the ultimate success.
He was part of flags in 2008-09, 2009-10 and last season.
"Looking back to the first two premierships I played in, my memories are how hard-fought those games were," he said.
"We had to play good cricket in both the semi-finals and grand finals."

Place, who is in his second season as skipper, said he had been fortunate to play with plenty of family members during his career.
He played alongside brother Clinton and cousins Brad Hillman, Tom Place and Tim Place in the 2018-19 triumph over Mortlake.
The top-order batsman also led his team to a top division Twenty20 premiership last season against Bookaar.
The two-time Melbourne Country Week (2014, 2018) representative played his first senior match with the Bulls when he was 15.
He remembers taking a hat-trick against Noorat in just his second or third game.
Place, the Bulls' division one team champion in 2017-18, grew up a stone's throw away from the club's cricket oval. His dad Terry also played for the Bulls.
The skipper said one thing he'd like to do in his career is score a century. He has found himself in 90s a few times.
Place said he enjoyed being a part of the Bulls' community.
