The Port Fairy Basketball Association ran the event to honour the late Blake, a long-time member who passed away after quad bike accident last month.
There were two matches played, one featuring the likes of Blake's father Marc, Bobby Cunningham and Chris Toone, while the other one included a group of Blake's mates.
Dozens of t-shirts to mark the day were also sold.
The Port Fairy Basketball Association, which also gifted the Stormer family with a memorial bench, hopes to hold the day each year.
Vanessa Stormer said she was touched by the gesture, which was a beautiful way to pay tribute to her son.
