A high pressure system over the Tasman Sea extends a ridge across Victoria.
A weak trough will cross the state on Monday night then another high pressure system will develop west of Tasmania on Tuesday and move slowly eastwards, reaching the Tasman Sea on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, a cold front and associated trough will move into the Bight on Wednesday and are expected to cross Victoria during Thursday.
For the week ahead it's all plain sailing - Tuesday partly cloudy 15, Wednesday a stunning 28, Thursday cloudy 23, Friday 17, Saturday 16, Sunday 17 and next Monday 21.
