AFL Western District confirmed the pair would answer separate charges relating to incidents stemming from the Hampden league grand final against North Warrnambool Eagles on September 21.
O'Connor, who retired after earning a best-on-ground medal in the Saints' three-point win, will face the tribunal on Wednesday night to answer for an alleged strike on boom Eagles recruit Michael Barlow in the second quarter.
Dobson, who returned to Koroit in 2019 after stints in the VFL and Geelong league, is currently interstate and will face the tribunal for a third-quarter clash involving Maskell Medal runner-up Sam McLachlan upon his return to Victoria.
