Rail trail committee of management secretary Ian Bodycoat said vandals had damaged the Koroit Railway Station building.
The vandals' body of work included smashing a sky light, breaking a CCTV camera and ripping a tap off the wall.
This comes after vandals chopped down trees planted by volunteers along the trail earlier this month.
"It is just so disappointing," Mr Bodycoat said.
"All our volunteers work so hard, then we have to find funds to pay for repairs to senseless damage."
