Over 70 vehicles hit the road for the fundraising event, making their way from Warrnambool's Lake Pertobe to Woolsthorpe, via Halls Gap in the Grampians.
Let's Talk coordinator Jacinta Roache said there had been amazing support from the community for the event.
"We have mums and dads, new bike enthusiasts, and a range of other riders who are supporting us like your wouldn't believe," Mrs Roache said.
"They are all very proud of their cars and bikes, so hopefully it won't get to wet.
"We are extremely happy with the turn-up, it was very black when I looked outside this morning but the sun is shining now."
Organising committee member Mark Leggett said the event was organised to help raise awareness of the impact of mental health in the community.
"We want to try and do what we can to raise some funds to help out (Let's Talk)," Mr Leggett said.
"We hope to raise somewhere in excess of $20-25,000 from the day."
