The 20-year-old enters her fifth WBBL season in impressive form after Australia's recent one-day and twenty20 series victories over Sri Lanka.
Wareham, who is nine games shy of her 50th appearance for the franchise, has collected 21 wickets across her previous four seasons at an economy rate of 6.17 an over.
Her past two campaigns in the competition have netted wicket totals of 11 and 10 and it's expected the young leg-spinner will use her international experience to increase her output this season.
