Working From Home ran second behind From Within with Soothing back in third place in the 2018 version of the fillies and mares race.
"I've got my fingers crossed for Working From Home," Bowman said.
"She beat Soothing home last year and she's the favourite for Saturday's race. Working From Home has been running well without a lot of luck in her recent races.
"She's had track gallops at Penshurst and Warrnambool to keep her up to the mark since her last run at Moonee Valley.
"The rain has helped her chances and she's got a pretty good record at Caulfield so she's in the race with a good each way chance."

Early betting markets rate Working From Home a $26 chance to win the race.
Bates has also been booked to ride the $9.50 hope Gamay in the $200,000 group 3 Ethereal Stakes.
Fellow Warrnambool trainer Symon Wilde saddles up Ginny Ann in a $135,000 three-year-old fillies race while the Ciaron Maher and David Eustace training combination have numerous runners on the big ten race program.
Snapdancer and Thought Of That are strong winning chances for the Maher-Eustace stable.
