South West TAFE, Warrnambool City Council and South West Healthcare are hosting the free community breakfast as part of national Ride to Work Day.
Event organiser Leon Senchenko said this was the first year the breakfast would be open to all community members.
"There's a health element and a green element that all roles into the one," Mr Senchenko said of the benefits of riding to work.
He said he rode to work most days and found the commute energised him.
"It can be difficult to find a car park, but I can ride right into the centre of town," Mr Senchenko said.
"I feel a bit more switched on when I sit down at my desk."
The breakfast is from 7.30 to 9.30am at South West TAFE's food lab restaurant on Wednesday, and will offer bacon and egg muffins, cereals and barista-made coffee.
