A Pink Ribbon Breakfast will be held at Charlie's On East on Sunday morning.
The day will begin at 7.45am with a combined one-hour yoga and Pilates session.
This will be followed by a 10-minute meditation session and then a buffet breakfast.
A guest speaker from the National Breast Cancer Foundation will then present, with a silent auction to round out the morning.
The day is being organised by Port Fairy women Brooke Stewart and Meg Sonego.
Ms Stewart said she was thrilled with the response to the event.
"All tickets have sold out which is incredible," she said.
"We all know someone who has had cancer, one in every seven women gets breast cancer.
"That's just too many, so we are trying to do our bit to raise funds for a cure and awareness so women are getting themselves regularly checked."
Ms Sonego, a Pilates and yoga instructor who runs Thrive Wellbeing, will head Sunday's sessions.
She said people were keen to help make a difference in the fight against breast cancer.
"Every cent we make will go towards breast cancer research, it's such a good cause," Ms Sonego said of the initiative.
"The businesses in town have been so generous in donating prizes for the silent auction.
"Hopefully we can raise a significant amount.
"And just as importantly, show support for those with breast cancer and keep putting that message out there to keep getting checked out."
