Moyne Health Services runs over 55s exercise classes from the building.
The two-hour long sessions are held from 10am and 11.15am each Thursday.
The classes' popularity means they are near capacity.
Trainer Adele MacDonald said the success of the classes was pleasing.
"The classes include strength training, balance, cardio and general exercise," she said.
"We have a wide-range of people who come along. The other really important part of the classes is that they provide a nice social outlet."
