POLICE will interview the driver of a blue Ford sedan who initiated a pursuit near Heywood before becoming bogged and fleeing from the scene.

Portland Highway Patrol Acting Sergeant Nathan Cashion said he received a call about an erratic driver near Kentbruck Road about 6pm on Friday night.
The driver of a speeding Ford then evaded police interception on Catons Road.
Acting Sergeant Cashion said the driver lost control and became bogged in a table drain on a side road shortly afterwards.
A male and female, neither believed to be the driver, were with the vehicle and assisted police with inquires.
Police have now identified the driver and plan to interview them.
"The vehicle was towed for evidence purposes back to the Portland police station," Acting Sergeant Cashion said.
Meanwhile, Sergeant Cashion said following a separate interception around the same time a 29-year-old Portland man was questioned for hoon driving near Rigby Road in Heywood.
He said the man was released on summons and was believed have driven erratically on burst tyres after conducting burnouts.
"He was interviewed for hoon offences, and completed an oral fluid test for drugs," Acting Sergeant Cashion said.
