Police believe two people were responsible for the murder of Gerogery man William Chaplin, with a third allegedly involved in the matter after his death.
Samone Watson's case was briefly heard in Albury Local Court on Thursday.
She had a warrant out for arrest and was taken into custody at the Albury Police Station on Wednesday morning.
A third man was allegedly involved in the death, but hasn't been charged.
Watson did not appear before Thursday's hearing in the Albury Local Court, which only lasted about 30 seconds.
A legal aid representative said she wasn't required to appear before the court in person.
Bail was formally refused and Watson's matter will return to the court on Monday.
