Langdon, who claimed his other premiership success with Otway Districts in 2011, said the injuries had taught him some valuable lessons.
"It made me realise how to enjoy my footy and obviously taught me some life lessons about taking it one moment at a time," he said.
The second-year Eagle, who has played 13 games this season, said the energy at Bushfield was at fever pitch.
"It's been a great season all around for the club and they have been pretty positive all year," he said.
"Enjoying every moment has been a big focus enjoy and just try and get better every week."
Langdon injured his ACL at Allansford while the other three were at Otway Districts.
