Roache, whose fiance is senior footballer Tim McPherson, missed the 2018 campaign after giving birth to her first child Louie who is 18 months old.
She fell pregnant the year before and also missed playing in the 2017 premiership win.
But she jumped back on court this season.
"I feel really lucky to have Stacey (O'Sullivan) as our coach, I've learned lots coming back in," she said.

"It's been a little bit trickier after having a baby.
"I've been mainly in wing attack and a bit of goal attack as well."
Roache said her return season had been a balancing act.
"It's just juggling, juggling game day with Louie," she said.
"But it's lucky we have great family and friends who help out at training nights and on game days and it has been a bit tougher on the body to come back."
Now Roache is looking forward to taking on Cobden in the decider at Reid Oval on Saturday.
"Obviously, they're a great team, they've been the benchmark all year, they're really strong and we know we've got to focus on our game and what we do really well," she said.
"Hopefully we can put it to them and I'm sure it will be a great game."
She said her Saints were on song when playing well as a team.
"I think it's our drive to really want to do it for one another," she said.
"We have great support on the bench with multiple different coaches that help in different areas."
Roache said her Saints had support from Kate Foster and Jess O'Connor.
She said Foster providing midcourt guidance and O'Connor had helped with defence.
Roache played her juniors at Koroit and was part of an open grade premiership when she was just 15 years old.
She also played with Panmure in the Warrnambool and District league for two seasons and went overseas to South America before returning to Koroit.
Roache is also a teacher at Our Lady Help of Christians Primary School in Warrnambool.
