Folkes, who has kicked at least one goal in his past 11 matches, believes his South Warrnambool teammates will help him add to his tally of 46 majors in the grand final against Portland on Saturday.
"I know the teammates will get it (the ball) down there pretty quick and nice," he said.
The Roosters will take confidence into the decider at Reid Oval, having finished atop the ladder.
Captain Luke Byrne said the Tait Niddrie-coached team would back in its skills in rain, hail or shine.
"We've come up against them three times and got the win each time," he said,
"But they're a good side and it will be a hard one.
"I think we work well and as a team and we've got good skills I reckon.

"In the dry we really use our skills and spread well and we played them in the rain the last game we played them and got up."
Folkes backed the Roosters' midfield to match the Tigers' grunt too.
"We've got a couple of hard bodies in there in and under like EJ Harvey," he said.
"He's always in there getting it out and feeding it so we should be all right."
Folkes said South Warrnambool's biggest strength was its bond.
"As a group of mates we're all tight and look out for each other," he said.
South Warrnambool vice captain Jaidyn Hawkins echoed the same sentiments.
"We're a pretty solid group, the whole 21 so each one of us will go out and do a job," he said.
The under 18 grand final - one of three football deciders on Saturday - starts at 10am.
