The new-look National Australia Bank branch opened on Wednesday morning and now also houses a business banking centre, formerly located on Kepler Street.
Both services temporary operated at Kepler Street from July during the renovations, and that site has now permanently closed.
Workers removed an ATM at Kepler Street on Monday, while a third smart ATM is now available at all hours at the Koroit Street branch, alongside a business deposit machine, a coin deposit machine and a quick-change machine.
NAB branch manager Scott Coverdale said the bank's history in Warrnambool dated back to 1855 and he was proud of its continued commitment to the city.
"We're so pleased we have a beautiful new building and enthusiastic local team so we continue to support members of the community to achieve their goals," Mr Coverdale said.
The $2 million upgrade involved a complete demolition and re-build of the interior of the building, and is the biggest since the bank opened there in 1975 following a $250,000 fit-out.
In those days The Standard reported key features being carpeted floors and air conditioning, today alongside the ATMs it boasts a new open-plan layout and meeting rooms for business customers.

The co-location of the bank's services at Koroit Street has not resulted in any staff cuts.
NAB south-west Victorian managing partner Jaime Barr thanked three local businesses contracted for the upgrade.
"It's been a huge effort to get the renovation work completed safely and as quickly as possible to ensure minimal disruption to our customers," Ms Barr said.
