Teammate Jesse Dalton kicked the second from long-range and the Blues were up-and-about.
Rain started to fall midway through the first quarter as the Power struggled to get it down their end.
They went into the first break three goals down.
Ben Threlfall kicked a goal from point-blank range after receiving a 50 metre penalty to put the Blues 23 points up early in the second quarter.
Meanwhile, the Power struggled to captilise with the wind on their side.
But goals through the likes of Luke Justin and Mark Clissold had the Power down by just four points at the main break.
Kolora-Noorat came to play in the third term and Luke McConnell swung one through the sticks.
Ben Reid followed suit and the Power went into three-quarter time 14 points up.

Meanwhile, the underdog came out firing in the A grade netball grand final.
Merrivale roared out of the gates to lead powerhouse Nirranda by three goals at quarter-time.
The Blues wrestled back the momentum and had themselves up by two goals at the final break.
But the Tigers found a way in the final term and with just seconds left on the clock, hit the lead.
They won 35-34 with Elisha Sobey best on court.
