Fraser, the main target in the Power's high-flying forward line, believes the club's youngsters are among the best he's seen.
Kolora-Noorat is expected to back its youth to perform in Saturday's Warrnambool and District league decider against Nirranda.
And Fraser can't wait to lead a line of crafty young forwards.
"I suppose you're hungry for the ultimate every year," he told The Standard.
"But I'm excited. We've had some of the best young kids and they've all stuck together which is great. I'm really excited to see them play."

- Ben Fraser
Fraser said the Power's current crop matched its 2017 premiership-winning predecessor.
"We had a very strong squad that season. Our team is equally strong this season even though we have a slightly different makeup," he said.
"We have less experience without guys like Joel Moloney and Sam Harkin, but we've youth and excitement in Luke McConnell, Luke Justin and a few other boys."
The Melbourne-based leader revealed forward synergy was key to a strong grand final performance.
"Working as a team is pretty important as a forward group," Fraser said.
"We want to make sure we get the best balance and finding different avenues to goal as a team.
"We want to spread the load with some dangerous match-ups."
Fraser forecasted a tight battle with Nirranda.
"We understand each other pretty well. We'll play to our strengths and hope it goes our way," he said.
