Belinda Rogers, 36, of Clovelly Court, pleaded guilty in Warrnambool Magistrates court to 21 charges, including obtaining property by deception, shop steal and driving offences.
The court heard Rogers was a former ice addict who had been clean from drugs since she was incarcerated over 100 days ago.
Magistrate Mark Stratmann said the serious offending represented dishonesty on a repeated basis.
"In undertaking this type of offending, the impact is that every person who lives here, trusts the community a little bit less," he said.
"If you want to enjoy the benefits of living in a small community and the trust that goes with it, you need to behave in a way that encourages trust rather than diminishes it.
"Your conduct has diminished the trust of the community so it should be condemned and it is condemned."
Rogers was jailed for the 129 days already served in custody, fined $950 and ordered to pay compensation to the victim.
The magistrate also disqualified her driver's licence for eight months.
The court heard Rogers was on two community corrections orders when she attended the Apco service station on Warrnambool's Raglan Parade about midnight on January 14.
She used the payWave feature on a stolen bank card to purchase a packet of cigarettes and lollies worth a total of $35.
Then between 10am and 12pm she accessed Dan Murphy's online website and attempted to buy alcohol in two transactions totalling $360. Both transactions were unsuccessful but appeared as pending on the victim's bank statement.
Later that day Rogers attended the Lava Street Coles supermarket and used the stolen card to purchase a Coles Myer gift card worth $55, a Rebel Sport voucher worth $50, a $30 Visa card, a packet of cigarettes and two bottles of soft drink.
She then went to the Premix King where she bought a slab of Vodka Cruisers.
Rogers was eventually arrested on March 13.
She made partial admissions to the offending, stating that it was a "stupid, impulsive decision" and that she "wasn't in a good place at the time of the offending."
The court heard the bank card was stolen from an earlier burglary at the victim's home.
There were no allegations Rogers stole the card.
Rogers also pleaded guilty to driving an unregistered vehicle while her licence was disqualified and stealing a bottle of scotch from the IGA liquor department on Timor Street.
