Acting Sergeant Elissa Smith led 22 officers in executing three warrants, in Warrnambool's Fleetwood Court and two in Menzies Street, on Thursday.
That led to a 47-year-old woman being arrested and charged with drug trafficking and bail offences.
Police seized ice, ecstasy, prescription medication Suboxone and $1260 cash at the Fleetwood Court property.
In Menzies Street, a 40-year-old woman was arrested and charged with trafficking ice after police uncovered 10 grams of methamphetamine, with a street value of about $4000, at her home.
Acting Sergeant Smith there was a renewed focus on drug dealing and her unit would continue to proactively apply for search warrants.
"The divisional response tasking unit will continue to focus on alleged local drug dealers," she said.
"It was a team effort. The DRU had assistance from the crime investigation unit, family violence unit, training members, divisional intelligence officers, the crime desk and uniform members."
Acting Sergeant Smith said ice and the trafficking of the drug had a significant influence on crime in Warrnambool.
"The execution of warrants on Thursday was the result of a protracted investigation into drug trafficking in the Warrnambool area," she said.
"We continually want and are receiving information from members of the public about drug trafficking.
"If large numbers of people are calling into a house for a short period of time and then leaving, we want to know about it.
"Call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or the DRU unit at the Warrnambool police station," she said.
