Jarvis, who has booted 57 goals this season, is still recovering form an ankle injury he sustained in his team's qualifying final loss to Nirranda.
Playing coach Jason Rowan said he was hopeful Jarvis could still play a part in the finals series.
"It's a waiting game to see how it progresses," he said.
"Hopefully we can get over the line Sunday and we'll see how it is for the following week if we're fortunate enough to make it."
Rowan said Jarvis had been in a moon boot since Sunday and didn't train this week.
The Tigers bring in reserves player Caleb Gale who has played five senior matches this season.
Rowan said he would be good around the contest.
"He's a hard ball winner, has no dramas to win his own footy," he said.
The Tigers mentor said he might swing key back Todd McLean forward again like he did against Nirranda.
But he said that would depend on how match ups played out in the early part of the game.
He said it was a luxury that McLean, who kicked two goals in the qualifying final, had the ability to go forward.
Rowan said it was important his side bounced back strongly after the loss to Blues.
"Hopefully we can get back to our brand of footy and get on top early and get the momentum in our favour," he said.
The Warriors will welcome back one of their experienced leaders for the do-or-die clash.
Former coach Josh Reichman has recovered from a knock he sustained in the final round of the regular season.
Playing coach Nick Sheehan said Reichman's versatility would be invaluable.
But the Warriors mentor said his returning player was likely to go through the forward line and midfield.
Sheehan said Tim Lewis was very stiff to miss out.
An up-and-about Nirranda will be further bolstered by the inclusion of strong-marking forward Jack Primmer and premiership midfielder John Paulin.
Paulin missed his team's qualifying final win after suffering lower back and hamstring tightness at training.
Primmer, who has recovered from a hamstring injury, hasn't played since the Blues' loss to Merrivale at the start of the month.
Co-coach Shane Threlfall said Primmer trained "flat out" this week.
Threlfall added Josh Irving and Rick Spokes were really unlucky to miss out.
Kolora-Noorat, fresh from a week off, brings in top-liners Mark Clissold and Nick Bourke.
They were both late withdrawals with general soreness from the Power's final round win over Merrivale.
Luke Tebble, who sustained a hamstring injury in that final round encounter, will miss.
Playing coach Ben Walsh said Tebble was close to playing but the Power didn't want to risk him.
