Wednesday: A 36-year-old Frankston man already wanted in relation to 34 offences is accused of another 14 crimes after being found with a stolen car following break-ins at Warrnambool's Deakin University campus.
Warrnambool police Sergeant Tom Morris said officers were called to Deakin University by security officers due to a man causing trouble about 1pm Tuesday.
A search of the man located a stolen wallet and keys as well as prescription medication.
The man was arrested and transported back to the Warrnambool police station where a full search was conducted.
Three zip lock bags were found in his right sock, including two bags of ice weighing a total of four grams.
Security officers also claim the man had broken into the sports pavilion at Deakin and stole keys from another room.
The man is alleged to have travelled from Melbourne in a stolen Nissan Pulsar.
He was interviewed and charged with 14 offences including trafficking ice, possessing ice, cocaine, medication and Viagra as well as the theft of the car and burglaries and thefts at Deakin.
Sergeant Morris said the man was already on bail for drugs and burglary charges and wanted on warrants in relation to another 34 alleged offences.
The man spent the night in the Warrnambool police station cells and refused to appear in the Magistrates Court on Wednesday morning.
He was remanded in custody to appear in the Dandenong Drug Court on Thursday.
The court heard he was subjected to a court-imposed drug treatment order and was withdrawing from a drug of dependence.
