Assistant coach Matt Brown said the key Tiger was awaiting results of scans he had on Monday to learn the extent of an ankle injury he suffered in the first quarter of the qualifying final loss to Nirranda.
"It was a roll of the ankle and we are hoping it's nothing major," he said.
"He was walking around at the elimination final (on Sunday) watching the reserves. As a precaution he had a moon boot on but said it felt OK and hopefully the scans show no damage and we can push onto Sunday."
Jarvis has played 14 games this season and is the Tigers and the league's second best goal-kicker with 57 goals.

Brown said a plan B would be put together if Jarvis is ruled out.
"He was a big loss and we missed his firepower and brilliance up forward (on Saturday)," he said.
"We are thinking positive, hoping he gets up and from discussion he will. Suppose we will work out a plan B after tomorrow when we get results if it doesn't go our way."
Brown said the coaching panel would look to adjust training follow Saturday's bruising defeat to the Blues.
"After a physical game we will back it off a bit and being a Sunday game (this weekend) we can go light on Tuesday and train longer on Thursday and then roll into Sunday," he said.
Merrivale is set to play Old Collegians at Allansford on Sunday.
