MHS has received full accreditation under the National Standards (NSQHS) Standards Second Edition.
The health organisation was surveyed against eight national standards as part of the review phase of its four year accreditation cycle.
The results showed MHS had a met rating for all its facilities.
Ms Kelly said staff and management were delighted with the feedback from the survey, with assessors remarking on the pride and passion demonstrated by staff in the care they provide to the community.
"This was really well done and very well deserved by all," Ms Kelly said.
"The work in our clinical governance, medication management, comprehensive care, communicating for safety, recognising and responding to acute deterioration and preventing and controlling healthcare associated infection really deserved the results.
"Likewise, the work of our consumer advisory committee has been exceptional and I am delighted with this recognition of their contribution to our organisation.
"Everyone here plays a part, either directly or indirectly, and this was recognised in the positive words from the surveyors about the culture at Moyne Health Services."
This was really well done and very well deserved by all.
