Old Collegians onballer Ben Turner-Dwyer and Nirranda midfielder Isaac Templeton are back this week.
Allansford coach Ben Price, who also returns from suspension, will mentor from the sidelines for the first time since round 12.
Warriors coach Nick Sheehan said Turner-Dwyer would play a shutdown role for his team against Russells Creek.
"We've got a role we want him to play," he said.
"He knows that role.
"He'll play that role this week and hopefully he'll play it all the way through the finals."
Sheehan, who has elected to coach from the sidelines this week, said Aaron Williams was another big in for the Warriors.
"We've missed him massively leading up through centre half-forward so to get him back this time of year is great," he said.
Creek coach Peter Timms is rewarding players for their hard work this season.
Zach Norris, Ben Van Zelst, Jayden Millet and Sebastian Clark have earned promotions.
Van Zelst is up for his first senior match of the year.
Caleb Bidmade (knee complaint) and Liam Antonio (elbow) will miss the final-round encounter.
Nirranda mentor Shane Threlfall said he was pleased to have playing assistant Templeton back in time for finals.
"He obviously gives us a lot of leadership on the ground," he said.
Templeton, who also had a long-term hamstring injury earlier in the season, has only played two senior matches this year.
The Blues midfielder will be joined by ruckman Inoke Ratu, Daniel Craven and Jason Lee who are back this week.
But Nirranda also has significant outs.
Jack Primmer (hamstring), Will Paulin (back) and Jonathon Benallack (shoulder) will miss.
Threlfall said he expected them to be right for the Blues' first final.
The Cats will have their coach back on the sidelines and their assistant coach Nick Johnstone back on the field.
Johnstone returns from a hamstring strain.
Meanwhile, teenager Thomas Knowles comes in for his first game for the club.
Matthew Lenehan will miss after suffering concussion against Old Collegians last weekend.
Dennington, looking to make it two in a row, has a first-gamer.
Brandon Scott, who hails from Horsham, joined the club mid-season.
Teenager Ben Mulcahy is in for his second senior match.
Luke Pearson, who hurt his shoulder against East Warrnambool last week, will miss.
Kolora-Noorat will bring in ruckman Brodie Edge and George O'Sullivan for its top-of-the-table clash with Merrivale.
Power coach Ben Walsh said Edge had been missing with sore ribs since playing Old Collegians in round 12.
He said the big man, who returned from Geelong this season, was one of his in-form players before the injury.
Walsh said Edge had competed in triathlons and one of his best attributes was his running ability.
Merrivale has no changes but coach Jason Rowan said the club was waiting on the fitness of Todd McLean (hamstring complaint).
