A 40-year-old Framlingham man has been charged with causing damage to a vehicle with an axe handle.

A Warrnambool police spokesman said officers were called on Wednesday after an incident.
Police arrested the man, interviewed, charged and bailed him to appear in the Warrnambool Magistrates Court on November 11.
He's been charged with causing criminal damage, breaching an intervention order and possessing a dangerous article.
