Warrnambool's Oktoberfest has snagged Swan as a guest at the annual event.
Event director Jordan Thulborn said Swan, who is currently in Las Vegas, would be on hand to entertain tables in the VIP seating area.
People in the general area will also have an opportunity to have a photo with him.
"We have Dane coming down," he said.
"He will hang out in the VIP area for the day. Swanny sits with you for 20 minutes and he will have a stein and talk footy and life."
He will also judge the Mr and Mrs Oktoberfest.
Mr Thulborn said the October 5 event would include an Oompah band and DJ Benson was headlining.
"DJ Benson has closed the Falls Festival main stage, he's quite a big name," he said
"We have him along with local guys and we have the silent disco again.
"We will have more head sets this year.
"We also have (local musician) Michael Ferguson again."
More bars will also help ease long queues which some punters complained about last year.
"Last year was a massive success but this year there will be extra bars and more staff," he said.
"We will introduce drink tokens to make it quicker at the bars."
Mr Thulborn will also run a new event on the Sunday, with a food and wine festival
"It will be on a slightly small scale for the first year," he said.
"They are separate entities with different demographics. Flynn Gurry will provide tunes as well as Lorne band Beachniks."
Sow and Piglets, Furphy, Prickly Moses, Basalt and Koonara wines, Daniel's Donuts, Timboon and Queenscliff distilleries, Childers Cove Cheese and other producers will be at the event.
Oktoberfest will run on Saturday, October 5 from 2pm to 10pm, while the food and wine festival will run from 2pm to 8.30pm on Sunday, October 8.
Mr Thulborn is running the event in conjunction with Entertainment by VIn.
