The Saints veteran was cited for a fourth-quarter incident during the Saints' thrilling five-point win against Warrnambool at Reid Oval on Saturday.
Field umpire Jamie Lake gave O'Connor, who was returning from a lengthy injury spell, a yellow card after Blues midfielder Jye Turland ended up on the ground late in the fourth quarter.

Warrnambool deemed a one-match set penalty offer inadequate, forcing O'Connor to the tribunal.
Injury has restricted O'Connor's output in 2019.
He's only played four of the Saints' 13 matches due to injury.
He played the first three rounds before returning on the weekend for the top-three clash against the Blues, kicking a goal in the second quarter.
The former Terang Mortlake captain is in his third season at Koroit, winning premierships in 2017 and '18.
Second-placed Koroit plays ninth-ranked Portland at Hanlon Park on Saturday.
