South Warrnambool product Jay Rantall led the way with three majors while fellow Roosters Fraser Marris and Liam Herbert chimed in with a goal each as the Rebels secured a 12.10 (82) to 6.11 (47) win.
Rebels talent manager, Phil Partington said it was great to have Rantall hit the scoreboard.
"To see Jay hitting the scoreboard as a midfielder is really pleasing," he said.

Partington said it was one of Rantall's strengths throughout the season.
The youngster has booted nine goals with the Falcons effort his best yet.
Partington said Rantall's high work-rate and running capability enabled him to get on the scoreboard.
The talent manager said the Rebels were also pleased with Marris' output as a small pressure forward.
Herbert got through after returning from a glute strain.
Partington said Warrnambool Blues young speedster Mitch Burgess had found some good form of late.
There are three NAB League rounds remaining and the Rebels will host Calder Cannons on Saturday.
