"It's a pretty big turnaround," playing coach Chris Bant said.

The Bulldogs had a new-look team compared to the early-season bout.
Bant and recruits Liam Bishop and Brad Cook missed the opening match.
Meanwhile, key-position player Jaymen Fletcher featured in the best in his first match of the year.

Panmure, which has eight wins, remains in the finals race with fifth-ranked Allansford and fourth-placed Old Collegians within reach.
South Rovers' chances were all but ended by Nirranda on Saturday.
The Bulldogs mentor said his team was well aware it was in the finals race.
"They know what's at stake," he said.
Bant's men, who kicked into the wind in the first quarter, managed to outscore the Demons by four goals and set up the win.
The coach was pleased his side ended up with eight individual goalkickers, including Ben Robertson with four majors.
Ashley Hunt kicked two for the young Demons while 150-gamer Lyndon Alsop was named their best player.
