Warrnambool police Acting Sergeant Don Camilleri said the teenager from Corio, and previously the Cobden district, had been charged with 15 offences.
It's alleged he hoon drove on the Ecklin cricket oval, Cobden Technical School oval and the Timboon Recreation Reserve overnight on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Acting Sergeant Camilleri said the P-plater went to the Ecklin reserve about 11pm on Tuesday night and did a series of burnout on the cricket ground.
"He's driven around the oval for about 10 minutes, got bogged and caused a fair bit of damage ripping up the ground," he said.
"On Wednesday night just after midnight he's gone to the Cobden Technical School and engaged in similar driving behaviour on the school oval."
The policeman said that on Wednesday evening the driver also went to the Timboon Recreation Reserve and caused a significant amount of damage to the ground.
"He's narrowly avoided hitting a concrete pole. If he had hit the pole the passenger in the vehicle could have been serious injured or killed," Acting Sergeant Camilleri said.
"He spent about 15 minutes tearing up the ground and then went to sleep in his car at the rec reserve.
"In the morning a local paramedic found him at the ground but he fled before police could arrive."
Acting Sergeant Camilleri said the driver and his vehicle were noticed at the ground about 5.45pm Thursday and police were again called.
The man was arrested, later interviewed, charged and remanded in custody overnight Thursday at the Warrnambool police station.
He appeared in Warrnambool Magistrates Court late on Friday and was released on bail with conditions, including he not drive a motor vehicle, not to go to or remain with 75 kilometres of Warrnambool police station except to attend court, and abide by a 6am to 10pm curfew.
He will be sentenced on October 4.
