The team will compete at the FISAF (Federation of International Sport Aerobics and Fitness) National Championships in Brisbane from August 8-11 before 12 of the squad travel to the Gold Coast to attend the School Aerobic and Dance Star National Championships on the Gold Coast from August 15-18.
Emma Chapman, who coaches the team with Sophie Bellman, Tiarna Drake and Brenton Andreoli, said the squad was in top form heading into the national championships.
"It is one of our strongest overall for both aerobics and hip-hop," she said. "We hope to get medals at nationals as it is what the athletes aim for. Obviously first it's to make finals and then try and place in that top three and most of their eyes are set on that goal.
"It goes to show that we do have athletes that qualify for nationals a lot every year but its just credit to how hard they work and everyone is improving across Australia and we are there with them."
The squad performed strongly at the recent state finals to gain selection for the national titles. At the School Aerobic state final, EKB collected two gold, two silver, two bronze to go with five athletes gaining selection for nationals.

The Dance Star state final saw the club score one gold, two silver, two bronze along with nine athletes selected. At the FISAF state final the 19-strong squad secured three gold, four bronze and the whole team qualified.
"For a small country town having this many athletes go to a national championships alongside the clubs in Melbourne it's really good," Chapman said.
"We are right up there in the Victorian team and hopefully we're the same at the nationals."
Chapman predicted a strong future for the club, with seven athletes set to make their national championships debut.
"Our competition squad has every single athlete qualified in at least one event going to nationals and we have a local squad that train that potentially might want to be part of this squad and try and qualify," she said.
"We have got lots of athletes here at the club but as far as our competition squad goes we are really glad this year to be able to have every single one of them qualify."
