Ray White Charity Ball committee member Hayley Shannon said anticipation was rising for the black-tie event.
Money raised from the event will go to the Standing Tall school-based mentoring program.
"Last year we raised just over $24,000 for The Lookout, so we are hoping to do better for Standing Tall," Ms Shannon said.
"This is something we are all quite passionate about, what they do to help young people in schools, and the opportunity to give our community a kick start through our youth."
She said the venue would be transformed into a wonderland.
"It is an Alice in Wonderland-inspired theme being held at the Emmanuel Centre," Ms Shannon said.
"If people want tickets they need to jump on it because there are only a few left available.
"There will be an auction on the night, and the car raffle will be drawn on the night."
Ms Shannon said a wide array of items would be available during the auction, including gift voucher packages, tradie packages and a range of artworks.
"We even have a share in a racehorse, there is some really big ticket items this year," she said. Tickets to the ball, for individuals or tables of 10, can be purchased from www.rwcharityball.com.au. The event starts at 6.30pm on Saturday, July 13.
Tickets cost $175 and include entertainment, dinner and all drinks.
