Owner Lucas Reid said his five years in the United States had given him a love for the holiday.
"It is a family holiday," he said.
The night will include a US-themed trivia competition, live music from Russ Goodear, plus a special menu filled with slow-cooked and smoked BBQ.
"We also have a special American IPA beer from Brooklyn Brewery on tap," Mr Reid said.
"It is a lot more hoppier and bitter, but it goes better with food."
Mr Reid said the night was a good chance for expats to celebrate while far away from home, and locals to experience some down-home US food.
After spending five years in the US, Mr Reid has a strong affiliation with the country.
"The style of food we are serving is better suited to our winter climate," he said.
"And it is always a good excuse to have a party."
