Travis Membrey (concussion), Nick Johnstone (Achilles tendonitis), Brendan Chatfield and Ben Mclean are likely to return.
The injury-ravaged Cats, missing six players from last week, survived a huge scare from East Warrnambool to take a 8.13 (61) to 8.11 (59) victory on Saturday at Reid Oval.
Allansford found something in the final quarter to claw their way back from an 11-point deficit.
"We just crept over the line," Price said. "We knew it was always going to be a battle. They (East Warrnambool) play on intensity and effort."
MORE FOOTBALL:
Ben Mclean was a late withdrawal from the match with work commitments and then the Cats added to a their long injury list.
Price believes Jeremy Ellis would miss the rest of the season with a knee injury he sustained in the final quarter.
"It was a marking contest, he landed awkwardly and hyper-extended his knee," he said.
Price said Brett Membrey was rushed to a dentist with a broken tooth sustained in a marking contest right on quarter time.
The Cats mentor said Membrey could return next week.
Price said he was currently drawing on an important lesson he had learnt from Matthew Irving during their Terang Mortlake coaching days - "Good things come from adversity".
East Warrnambool was also devastated by injury.
Coach Danny Chatfield said Tony Weetra received a nasty knock to his chest from a friendly fire clash with captain Sam Grinter.
He has since been given the all clear at hospital and is expected to be right after the Bombers' fortnight break.
Joel Richards sustained a thumb injury during the match with the Bombers to wait on scans.
Chatfield said his team went without rotations on the bench.
But he was pleased his side matched it with Allansford.
"Last week we were lucky, this week we were unlucky," he said.
The Bombers beat Timboon Demons by one point in round 11.
Sixth-placed Allansford will turn its focus to Timboon Demons, desperate to win to keep a top-five dream alive.
South Rovers, Panmure and the Demons are the other sides vying for fifth spot.
Price said his team needed to work on playing its own brand of football.
He said that involved controlling the football, moving it quickly and getting it in quickly to the forwards.
