Bloods president David Roberts said the survey into the state of the Hampden league club received about 140 responses.
A four-person sub-committee is working on collating the results.
Roberts wants the committee to have time to then process them before its next committee meeting on July 10.
"How it all started was the simple fact that I think we cleared between 45-50 players from last year to this year, from under 12s up," he said.
"We thought we'd do a review to find out why and see if we can get to the bottom of it. And we can fix that probably so it doesn't happen again and again and again."
Roberts, who is not privy to the answers yet, said the review asked current and past stakeholders a series of questions, including why individual players had left the club in the past five years.
"I think we were quite proactive, I think most big businesses these days do reviews," he said.
"If you leave a job you've got to do an exit form. It was something we thought we'd try.
"We just want to have a viable club in years to come."
