Jake Evans will play his first game since round four last season and Daniel Watson and Sam Uwland come in for just their second matches in 2019.
Promising youngster Patrick Smith is also in for just his second game of the Hampden league season.
Cobden coach Adam Courtney said the quartet's inclusion was a boost for the side, which has one win from its first nine games.
"It has taken it's time to get some players in," he said.
"Jake has battled a pretty consistent knee injury but his attention to detail on his rehab has been second-to-none.
"He's played four games in the reserves just to get the confidence going and he feels he is right to go, so I can't be happier to get him in.

"Sam and Daniel are two very experienced footballers and leaders of our footy club so it's great to have them out there.
"It will just give the young guys a bit more confidence and experience out there to guide them."
Courtney expects Evans to start in defence before working into the Bombers' midfield rotations in coming weeks.
Uwland, who has battled an elbow bleed, will line-up at half-forward but could switch to the wing.
Watson, who has overcome a serious hamstring injury, and Smith will add depth to the onball brigade.
"Daniel and Patty both have really good football IQs," the first-year coach said.
Courtney is aware of Warrnambool - a side which has an 8-1 record and has kicked a competition-high 1034 points.
"Warrnambool are a very classy outfit so we know it's going to be tough but we've just got to go out there and compete for as long as we can," he said.
"It's going to be tough but we have to go out there believing we're a chance to win and we're going to have a red-hot crack."
The second-placed Blues have brought in teenager Harry Ryan for NAB League-bound Mitch Burgess.
