PROMISING jumper Euroman may be scratched from a $30,000 restricted hurdle race at Warrnambool on Thursday, to be saved for the $50,000 South Australian Grand National Hurdle on Saturday.

Trainer Ciaron Maher, who trains in partnership with David Eustace, will decide early on Thursday morning if Euroman runs at Warrnambool.
"We're just weighing up our options for Euroman," Maher said. "I've probably got a preference to run at Warrnambool because he's won there before and his aim is the Lafferty Hurdle at Warrnambool on July 7 but the Grand National Hurdle is a serious option.
"I thought his hurdle win at Casterton at his last run was full of merit. Undoubtedly, his biggest danger if he runs will be Super Haze at Warrnambool. Super Haze ran really well at Casterton."
Euroman has won two of his three hurdle starts.

Dee I Cee makes his jumping debut for the Maher-Eustace stable with top jumps jockey Steven Pateman in the saddle in a maiden hurdle.
Maher said Dee I Cee had trialed up well for the 3282-metre jumps race.
"I'm pleased with the progress Dee I Cee has made for his debut over the jumps," he said. "He's got some nice flat form and has shown a liking for heavy ground so he ticks a couple of boxes for his jumps debut."
The first race a maiden steeplechase scheduled to start at 11.30am while the last race on the ten race program is set down to begin at 4.30pm.
