The Kangaroos will now have to wait and see the extent of the injuries to Josh Pepper (leg), Sean Barnes (hamstring) and Taine Morris (shoulder) suffered in Saturday's 15.14 (104) to 10.8 (68) defeat.
Dunn said he would know the full extent by Tuesday night's training session.

The fourth-year Kangaroos mentor praised his side's effort despite running out of legs in the final term to concede 6.5 to one behind.
"Our work rate was fantastic and it was a fairly even contribution across board as it was a physical game and unfortunately we didn't take our chances early so we could be better off when we ran out of legs," he said.
The Seagulls have their own injury concern with assistant coach Winis Imbi confirming Dylan Herbertson is expected to miss at least one week after he was concussed in the second quarter of the 36-point win.
Imbi said the Seagulls were starting to find a connection in their attack.
"Our forwards haven't had continuity together and that in itself has been a challenge," he said.
"They're growing and definitely understanding more structures and individual roles."
Tom Sullivan made a positive return to form up forward kicking five goals.
