North Warrnambool Eagles continued their fine run of form in both the netball and football with victories over South Warrnambool.
The club's footballers remain undefeated on top of the ladder and the netballers kept contact with Cobden in second.
Elsewhere in the football, Koroit and Warrnambool thumped Terang Mortlake and Portland, Port Fairy returned to the winner's list against Hamilton Kangaroos and Camperdown took away the points in the South West Big Freeze match.
In the other netball matches, Koroit held of Terang Mortlake, Port Fairy got a much-needed win over Hamilton Kangaroos, Cobden continued their undefeated run with a win over Camperdown and Warrnambool beat Portland.
