The ridge will persist across northern Victoria during Saturday as yet another front moves over waters south of the Bight.
This front is likely to move through southern Victoria during Sunday.
Today Warrnambool is expecting a top temperature of 15 degrees, Hamilton 14, Colac 14, Ararat 14, Casterton 15, Mortlake 15, Heywood 15, Portland 15, Port Fairy 15, Terang 14 and Camperdown 13.
There's still a marine strong wind warning in place for the west coast.
The outlook shows Warrnambool is expecting showers with a top of 14 on Friday, Saturday will be cloudy but a fine 14, Sunday showers 15, Monday cloudy 15 and then wet weather sets in again with tops on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday around 12 and 13 degrees.
