MND Fundraiser: Ten south-west celebrities will brave the slide and take the plunge to support the South West Big Freeze before the HFNL Cobden versus Camperdown football match, at Cobden Recreation Reserve, Parrott Street, Cobden. Art Opening: Warrnambool Art Gallery is opening a new exhibition, The Bull Cow, in collaboration with artist Simon Linardi. The Bull Cow is a hybrid whale-cow creature never before seen by humans and the gallery space will be transformed into a glittering, unusual space where children can explore a fantasy world through tactile materials, visual wonder and bright patterns designed to encourage bold and creative thinking.
Book Launch: Narrawong author Maya Linnell launches her debut novel Wildflower Ridge at Blarney Books, 7.30-9.30pm, James Street, Port Fairy.

Exhibition: Celebrating Our Landscape, Inspired by Eugene von Guerard. An exhibition of poems, photographs, art and stories that celebrate the landscape of south west Victoria. Skipton Mechanics Hall, 35/43 Wright St, 10am-4pm.
