Warrnambool City Netball Association (WCNA) wants more boys and men on-court as part of a push by Netball Victoria to drive up male participation in the game.
Males make up approximately 49 per cent of the state's population but only three per cent of Netball Victoria's (NV) membership.
WCNA's Marg Morgan said she wanted to hear from boys and men about what they would like the association to offer.

"The solid goal is to introduce males into our junior competitions," she said.
Morgan said that meant encouraging them to get involved with NetSetGO which is Australia's official netball starter program for girls and boys aged 5 to 10.
"On Monday nights they do modified skills, then they move into the second tier where they do more skills and game-play," she said.
"Then they move into our Wednesday competitions where they do modified games.
"Ideally, we'd like to build it up and have a male-only competition as well in our juniors."
Morgan said the association is looking at running a 13 and under male-only competition.
She said it was a good age to learn the importance of netball culture.
"I think you're getting them to understand the philosophies of netball and the behaviours of netball,' she said.
But Morgan said the 13 and under boys competition was just an idea and she wanted feedback from youngsters interested in playing.
And she wants to hear ideas quickly with the association hoping to run a junior male-only or mixed competition from mid-July in conjunction with existing competitions.
WCNA is acting on the back of the Netball Victoria Gender Regulation and the Netball Victoria Promoting Male Participation in Netball Policy which came into effect on January 1.
But juniors aren't the only focus.
The association is hoping to run its first senior mixed netball competition of the year from mid-July.
It hasn't been able to get enough teams together despite the original hope of a year-long competition.
WCNA was buoyed by the fact it had half a year of senior mixed netball last year, held over two seasons.
Physical Education teacher Dean Kilpatrick has been part of the Our Lady Help of Christians Primary School team in the past two seasons.
He said the team had wanted to go around again since the start of the year.
"We were planning to kick off at the start of the year but people have had setbacks and can't get a team together and we're in limbo at the moment I suppose," he said.
Kilpatick said mixed netball was a great social activity for workmates.
"It was great fun, we enjoyed it," he said.
"It's good to get out of the hustle of teaching and get to know all the other teachers too on a personal level."
Morgan said the association needs at least four teams to run a mixed competition and they can have up to 12 players.
The association hopes to host senior mixed netball from Wednesday July 17.
