The South Warrnambool export booted two goals in Victoria Country's 97-point thumping of the Allies on Sunday in a merciless display of strength.
Victoria Country which also featured Camperdown's Toby Mahony, scored consistently throughout the match while it managed to hold the Allies goalless until the third term.
And the 18.8 (116) to 2.7 (19) victory at the University of Tasmania Stadium saw Victoria Country maintain its unbeaten record at the under-18 championships after going winless in 2018.
But Rantall and Mahony's other representative team, the Greater Western Victoria Rebels, didn't enjoy the same luck on Saturday.
The Rebels, now 15th on the NAB League table with a 2-7 record, copped a 111-point belting from top side Eastern Ranges.
Meanwhile triple AFL premiership player Jonathan Brown, another South Warrnambool product, was inducted into the Brisbane Lions hall of fame on Saturday.
The former Rooster was one of nine people welcomed into the exclusive group that now boasted 44 players, coaches, administrators and other contributors from the club's 133-year history.
Premiership teammate Justin Leppitsch presented the hall of fame medallion to Brown, a one-club forward who played 256 games for the Lions between 2000-2014 and booted 594 goals.
Brown was also a three-time club champion, a dual All-Australian and a Coleman medalist.
