Turner-Dwyer was involved in the contest that left Bombers coach Danny Chatfield with a fractured skull and bleeding on the brain.
Warriors coach Nick Sheehan said it was great to have him back for the Dennington match.
"He's brings a bit of hardness and that real competitive edge," he said.
Sheehan said Turner-Dwyer had been training since the round five match but had only resumed competitive work in the past fortnight.
While the Warriors welcome back one of their best, they also lose one.
Bodie Hibberson, who sustained a minor hamstring injury at training this week, is likely to miss one match.
Former Dennington player Tim Lewis, who will play his first senior match of the season, has been promoted from the reserves to face his old side.
Meanwhile, the Dogs' forward line is set for a big boost with tall centre half-forward Josh Lock and Jordan Brown back.
But Dennington will be without big names Tully Allwood (adductor), Mick Phillips (knees) and Luke Duncan who retired last week.
Phillips, a playing coach, said he was likely to coach from the sidelines for the next month.
Key forward Ben Fraser and George and Harry O'Sullivan are among the seven outs for Kolora-Noorat.
Fraser has a minor knee complaint and is expected to miss a week.
But the Power will bring in a host of stars to face Allansford.
Captain Jake Richardson returns after two weeks off with knee trouble and he'll be joined by guns Scott Judd Mark Clissold, Jason Moloney and Luke McConnell.
Playing coach Ben Walsh also returns and he's excited to have Luke Justin in for his first match of the year, after battling a groin injury.
Allansford will bring firepower against top-of-the-table Kolora-Noorat.
Key forward Dylan Hare comes in for his first senior match of the season after he broke his collarbone during pre-season.
But the Cats will be without star Travis Membrey (concussion) and Jason Wilson who has a lower-back injury.
The South Rovers and Russells Creek clash shapes up as match of the round and the Lions have four changes with goal sneak Dylan Cox back in the side.
Bulldogs coach Chris Bant has brought in key position player Josh Boyd for the clash.
Midfielder Brandon Bant is another inclusion who "adds a bit of run and hardness around the footy".
Nirranda has made just one change for its match with Russells Creek with John Paulin in for Jack Primmer.
But Creek coach Peter Timms has shifted plenty of magnets.
Ruckman Lukas Essenwanger, who injured his hip on Saturday, was given the all clear of serious injury but will take a week off.
But Griffen McLeod, a centre half-forward and ruckman, comes in to help Creek's cause.
Shaun Griffin may miss one or two weeks with general soreness.
Merrivale brings back star forward Josh Britton to face East Warrambool.
He'll be joined by Will Ryan who has earned his spot through the reserves.
The Bombers bring in centre half-back Joel Richards and key player Tim Chatfield.
