The Melbourne-based chain is opening its first store in the south-west in a now vacant shop at 153 Liebig Street that will soon stock designer homewares.
A spokesman for the Dempsey Group, which owns the chain, said the business recognised Warrnambool was "a key growth area in regional Victoria".
"The new location offers an exciting opportunity for Bed Bath N' Table to inspire and connect with a new community," he said.
The new store follows Sheridan opening on Liebig Street last year, and it also joins Provincial Home Living and Lava Street's Adairs.
It will employ about eight staff and will trade from mid-July.
Women's clothing store Katies had previously occupied the Liebig Street shop, but the store last week moved to Warrnambool's Gateway Plaza.
The Plaza's management said Katies was now trading from a shop in the fashion mall and would move to a permanent site in the plaza next month.
