The pair have teamed up again as the Saints strive to make it three straight Hampden league premierships.
Batt, 34, was pregnant in 2018, forcing her to spend a season on the sidelines.
She's returned this season, replacing older sister Jess O'Connor, who has retired, as the Saints' goal keeper.
O'Sullivan also returned to the open team, as non-playing coach, after a number of seasons working with the club's juniors.
Batt said said played under O'Sullivan "years ago, in my 20s" and last played alongside her in 2013.
"We fight like sisters as well but I think we have the same game style," Batt said.
"We have different opinions on some things but the majority is the same."
MORE NETBALL:
Batt is mum to Ayla, 3, and Marli, seven months, and recently returned to work at Warrnambool Base Hospital.
She's taken on six shifts a fortnight in the emergency department where she's worked for the past nine years.
The Port Fairy-based Batt said netball was an enjoyable outlet from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
She is slowly regaining her rhythm on court but is pleased with how the Saints are tracking overall.
"We've got a really good team atmosphere and we work together on what's best for the team, so I'm working with Kasey (Owen) and Zahli (Adams) on defensive stuff and how we can use their assets," Batt said.
MORE NETBALL:
Koroit hosts top-placed Cobden on Saturday. The two teams play contrasting styles.
"Koroit's thing over the last decade has been is patience, the safest option and safest passages of play to play," Batt said.
"It all depends on the weather as well. We'll take it as it comes, we'll learn some things, they'll learn some things.
"I always think there is room for improvement. We have really good passages and then we have some average ones and then we go to training and everyone recognises that and says 'OK, let us work together and see what we can do better'."
